these pieces are handmade (with lots of love), and therefore very fragile! please handle with care!!!!! not intended for children under 13.

please use extra care when handling pieces with the sour or flocked finish, as they may gradually wear over time.

while most jewelry items are plated with sterling silver or gold, it is recommended not to wear any jewelry pieces while swimming, showering, etc., to assure the plating stays shiny :)

shipping: orders generally ship within 5-7 business days, unless they are a pre-order, or otherwise stated in individual listings. this is subject to change based on order volume and time of year. please be patient with me :') 

multiple orders: if you place multiple orders i will combine your items and refund shipping overages

returns/exchanges: I do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will work with you to file a claim with USPS. Cancelled orders are only accepted at my discretion
